Accessories and Ancillary Equipments

JCT-100 and JCTBL -100 are truely powerful horizontal cartoning machines of intermittent motion. They are suitable for cartoning of tubes, bottles, bars and blister packs. The JCT-100T model has double conveyor system for transfer of tubes from the tube filling machine to the cartoning machine and feeding of tubes on the cartoning machine. This sophisticated machine incorporates latest in pneumatic, electronic, photo sensing and mechanical mechanism technology. It is highly operator friendly, easy to use and maintain machine. The flattened cartons are to be stacked on carton magazine. The unfolded leaflets are stacked on the leaflet folder. All the rest of the operations are automatic. The filled tubes get gravity transferred from the outlet chute of the tube filling machine to the continuous conveyor. From the continuous conveyor the tubes get transferred to the synchronous conveyor which runs in synchronization with the main conveyor of the cartoning machine and feeds individual tubes into individual tubs for the process to begin.
