LTA -150 and LTA - 300 are Leak Test apparatus models by Jicon Technologies. 150 and 300 denotes the diameter of the dessicator. This is an ideal instrument to check sealing integrity of Blister Packs; Strip Packs; Sachet and Pouch Packs etc. It is also used for checking leaks from Capped Bottles; Induction Sealed Containers; Sealed Or Crimped Tubes etc The instrument is equipped with long lasting vacuum pump, which gives high level of vacuum (up to 550 Hg) in shortest possible time. Die pressed polycarbonate vacuum desiccator sustains vacuum for long time. A vacuum gauge is provided to indicate vacuum level. A vacuum flow control cum isolation valve is provided to disconnect the vacuum source, thus avoiding the need of continuous running of vacuum pump. A digital timer is provided to set vacuum hold time as desired. The apparatus’s amazing compactness saves lot of valuable space in process control laboratories.
