General Description:
JCT-100 range of cartoning machines are intermittent motion horizontal cartoning machines. They are suitable for cartoning of tubes, bottles, bars and blister packs. The JCT-100BT model machine is made suitable for bottles. There is an turntable which delivers bottles on a conveyor. The conveyor has a singling arrangement for bottles where bottles are fed onto the conveyor belt of the cartoning machine one by one.
This sophisticated machine incorporates latest in pneumatic, electronic, photo sensing and mechanical mechanism technology. It is highly operator friendly, easy to use and maintain machine.
