
SEMI-AUTOMATIC TUBE FILLING & SEALING MACHINE TF−I (lami)
TF−I (lami) is designed to fill and seal plastic and lami tubes as well as plastic tubes. The
machine is suitable especially for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and foodstuff industry. Machine
can be used for filling of cream, ointment, gel, paste, balm and other similar viscous
products by means of a volumetric dosing system.
The machine is designed and manufactured to suit FDA and cGMP requirements. All contact parts
stainless steel, well polished and mirror buffed. All major pneumatics are of FESTO brand. The
machine produced from tested and reliable materials for long service life.
To get accurate dozing, it would be preferable to use different syringes for different
volumes as mentioned below:
