1. Overview
The machine is designed and further improved on the basis of original full automatic capsule filling machine from aboard. With high technology and exclusive performance, it has reached international performance standards. It is an ideal equipment for filling empty hard gelatin capsules with medicine in pharmaceutical industry with full compliance to GMP requirements.
Standard equipment incorporates PLC programmable controller, step less frequency inverter, touch panel operation. PLC system includes detection of low level of capsules and powder in hopper that automatically activates alarm and shut down, and resets automatic alarm after troubleshooting.

It is suitable for filling of powder, tablet and pellets in empty hard gelatin capsules.

2. Powder ‘Tamping’ station and dozing disk are designed as one unit that ensures accurate alignment of dozing disk and tamping pins without any deviation. This avoids friction between tamping pins and dozing disk, improves filling precision, furthermore, greatly enhances the machine life.
3. Improper and unopened capsules can be automatically ejected, the medicine in the capsule can be recycled and be reused, and thus it can improve greatly the economic efficiency.
4. Simple, convenient and easy dismantling, cleaning, re-assembling and adjusting of various parts facilitates quick change-over from one product to another and from one capsule size to another.
5. Capsule loading accuracy ≥99%, with precise dosage.
