General Description:
JCT-100 range of cartoning machines is intermittent motion horizontal cartoning machines. They are suitable for cartoning of tubes, bottles, bars and blister packs. The JCT-100BL model machine has a special blister collating station that counts and releases a set number of blister pack cards on Adjustable Conveyor Mechanism. This sophisticated machine incorporates latest in pneumatic, electronic, photo sensing and mechanical mechanism technology. It is highly operator friendly, easy to use and maintain machine.
The blister pack cards are to be manually loaded on the blister magazine and the flattened cartons are to be stacked on carton magazine. All the rest of the operations are automatic.

• For various sizes of products machine has facility for length adjustment by the mean of adjustable guide plate,
• Adjustable flaps closing system for both side top and bottom flaps for various sizes of cartons.
• Very less change parts required for change over of the product.
• The whole operation is controlled by easy to operate PLC.
• Speed of the machine is synchronized with the PLC and easy to adjust by mean of HMI.
• Product counter facility is inbuilt.
• Any kind of fault will be displayed on touch screen HMI for easy understanding and attending for the same.
• Machine has online embossing facility for the batch coding (optional).
• Also machine has a facility of closing cartons with hot melt glue system (optional).
