AUTOMATIC TUBE FILLING & SEALING MACHINE ATF−I (alu)
ATF−I (alu) is designed to fill and seal aluminium tubes. The machine is suitable especially for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and foodstuff industry. Machine can be used for filling of cream, ointment, gel, paste, balm and other similar viscous products by means of a volumetric dosing system.
The machine is designed and manufactured to suit FDA and cGMP requirements. All contact parts stainless steel, well-polished and mirror buffed. The machine produced from tested and reliable materials for long service life.
To get accurate dozing, it would be preferable to use different syringes for different volumes.
BASIC MACHINE INCLUDES:
- Main machine frame with stainless steel covers

- Automatic tube hopper with pneumatic system of tube insertion into rotary index table

- Tube orientation controlled by photocell for accurate positioning of printed matter on tubes
