AUTOMATIC TUBE FILLING & SEALING MACHINE FILLTUBE−60 (alu)
FILLTUBE-60 (alu) is designed to fill and seal aluminium tubes. The machine is suitable especially for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and foodstuff industry. Machine can be used for filling of cream, ointment, gel, paste, balm and other similar viscous products by means of a volumetric dosing system.
The machine is designed and manufactured to suit FDA and cGMP requirements. All contact parts stainless steel, well-polished and mirror buffed. All pneumatics are of FESTO/equivalent brand, and gearbox of Bonfiglioli/equivalent make. The machine produced from tested and reliable materials for long service life.
To get accurate dozing, it would be preferable to use different syringes for different volumes as mentioned below:
3 to 30 gms syringe (a)
30 to 100 gms syringe (b)
100 to 180 gms syringe (c)

- Stainless steel volumetric dozing syringe and Teflon piston seals for accurate dosage with step-less adjustment of volume
- Tube lifting at filling station – so that filling nozzle gets inserted inside tube during filling
- Tail cutting by \'suck back\' method to prevent dripping of product after filling
- Double folding and crimping for sealing of aluminium tubes
- Batch code embossing facility within Crimping jaws for aluminium tubes (by using positively etched character type fount)
- Automatic tube ejection
