Blister Pack Rejections (due to improper sealing) - sounds like a Big Problem?
Sharing a checklist, which can save you from the trouble of Improper Sealing of the Blister Packs:
Check if the set Sealing Temperature is suitable to the type of the sealing material used.
Check if the Heater working properly and designed as per desired capacity.
Check and ensure that the sealing pattern on pressure sealing roller/plate has not worn out.
Check if the Alignment between counter sealing roller/plate and pressure sealing roller/ plate is proper.
Check the compressed air pressure at the sealing station – is it as per manufacturer’s recommendation?
