1. Capsule Polisher works on the principle of rotating brush to clean capsules on continuous basis.
2. All the components coming in contact with capsules are in Stainless Steel (SS316 Or SS304) or any other approved material of construction. The polishing chamber is of Stainless Steel too and is lined with nylon net.
3. The polishing chamber inclination can be adjusted to suit the formulation.
4. Provision of compressed air for cleaning nylon brush.
5. The polishing chamber is to be connected to a dust collector to suck de-dusted powder from the polishing chamber. This helps improving the polishing quality.
6. No change parts are required for different size of capsules.
