CAPSULE POLISHER
This machine can be placed in such a way as to receive capsules directly from the discharge chute of a capsule filling machine. As the capsules are fed into the polishing chamber from the in feed hopper, the spiral brush pushes the capsules towards the delivery chute against the force of gravity. During this process, the capsules undergo a rubbing action against the nylon bristles and surface powder gets removed. The continuous rubbing action of capsules against the rotating brush ensures complete polishing of capsules.
The machine has a provision to be connected to a ‘Dust Collector Unit’. This unit induces a partial vacuum inside polishing chamber and sucks all the loose particles that is removed by brushing action. Sucked particles are collected in a filter within this ‘Dust Collector Unit’

• The polishing chamber is to be connected to a dust collector to suck de-dusted powder from the polishing chamber. This helps improving the polishing quality.

• Very little maintenance is required for this machine except for periodic cleaning.

• Mounted on a stand with locking type wheels and can be freely moved about and taken to any place for putting it in operation.
• A compressed air operated controlled air blow type half filled capsule sorter can be attached to the polisher machine as an option. This works on the principle of buoyancy. This system blows out half filled capsules, fragments, loose caps and body parts of a capsule etc.
