Double Cone Blender:
The Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc.
The machine can be broadly divided in three parts viz.; main mixing vessel, stand or support structure and drive. The vessel is mounted on the stand on two pillow block ball bearings on each side. Drive, consisting of motor, gearbox etc. is also mounted on the stand.
Powders or granules that are to be mixed are loaded in the vessel. Vessel rotates around its central shaft, driven by the drive system. As the vessel rotates, powders start flowing due to gravitational force. Because of the conical shape of vessel, mass of flowing powders contract and expand continuously, achieving desired mixing or blending. Baffles attached to the central shaft obstruct the flow of powders generating cross flows that assist in quicker blending.

Octagonal Blender:
The OCTAGONAL BLENDER is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry granules homogeneously. Octagonal Blender is suitable mainly for Crystalline & Granular material.
The Octagonal Blender gives best results for granules due to very slow speed and octagon shape of container. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc.
When the product container vessel of Octagonal Blender starts rotating, the granules start flowing due to gravitational force. Because of the octagonal shape of the product container, the granules generates cross flows as well as constantly shrinking and expanding volumes. This ensures uniform mixing hence can be run at lower RPM.

V Blender:
The machine is primarily suitable for mixing or lubricating of dry, freely flowing powders or granules. The machine has been designed for use in a pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing unit, in compliance with the latest GMP rules.

BLISTRIP–I xt is a single track automatic blister packing machine for packing of tablets, capsules, dragees etc., in blister packs using PVC-Alu packaging materials. The Blister Forming, Product Feeding and Sealing operations are continuous by rotary motion while the indexing and punching operations are of intermittent reciprocating motion.The output capacity of the machine depends on the product characteristics.
