AUTOMATIC TUBE FILLING & SEALING MACHINE ATF−Im (Laminated Tubes only)
ATF−I (lami) is designed to fill and seal plastic and laminated tubes of large sizes and volumes. The machine is suitable especially for cosmetic and foodstuff industry. Machine can be used for filling of cream, ointment, gel, paste, balm and other similar viscous products by means of a volumetric dosing system.
The machine is designed and manufactured to suit FDA and cGMP requirements. All contact parts stainless steel, well polished and mirror buffed. The machine produced from tested and reliable components for long service life.
BASIC MACHINE INCLUDES:
- Main machine frame with stainless steel covers
- Acrylic doors on all four sides above main frame
- Adjustable anti-vibration legs
- AC inverter for main drive for step-less speed variation
- Automatic tube hopper with pneumatic system of tube insertion into rotary index table
- Rotary index table for transferring tubes to filling, closing stations and other sections
- Tube orientation controlled by photocell for accurate positioning of tubes
- 50 litres capacity stainless steel hopper
- Stainless steel volumetric dozing syringe and Teflon piston seals for accurate dosage with step-less adjustment of volume
- Tube lifting at filling station – so that filling nozzle gets inserted inside tube during filling
- Tail cutting by 'suck back' method to prevent dripping of product after filling
- Hot air tool for plastic / laminated tubes (Leister make heater)
- PID temperature controller for accurate control of hot air temperature
- Air supply to air heater through independent blower
- Batch code embossing facility within sealing jaws (by using negatively etched character type fount)
- Trimming of plastic / lami tubes at the top end
- Automatic tube ejection
- Preset counter
